Browse guides, filter by city and language, select dates, and send a booking request. Once the guide accepts, pay securely through the platform.
Can I use the platform without creating an account?
Yes! Guests can submit booking requests without registering, but registered users get in-app chat, booking history, and a smoother experience.
How are guide prices set?
Each guide sets their own rates independently. Prices typically range $50–$200/day. All prices are clearly displayed on guide profiles.
Is my payment secure?
100%. All payments are processed via Stripe — the same technology trusted by Airbnb. We never store your card details.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund 7+ days before, 50% refund 3–7 days, no refund within 72 hours. Check each guide profile for their specific terms.
